JEE Mains 2019 results have been declared already on January 19, 2019 for the January exam and on April 29 for the April exam ( https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-result ), based on which students who are eligible for JEE Advanced 2019 gave the exam on 27th May, 2019. The rank list for both are different. Hope this helps. All the best!

The counselling process is expected to start within one week after the declaration of jee advanced examination results. The rank list for jee advanced and mains would be different and the colleges that you get from the counselling is also different.
