No , the dates for registration of JEE 2021 is not confirmed yet.
If situation remains normal then we can expect that both JEE Mains and Advanced exams will be conducted at the correct time. Jee mains is conducted twice in a year (January and April sessions) and JEE Advanced in the month of may usually.
so you'll be notified by the organising agency about the registration. It's likely to be notified in the mid of November or December for JEE Mains.

Jee main 2021 dates still not conformed. They are likely to be announced on mid of November. December 2020 application process will start If there is any correction in application you can do in December and they will issues admit card in January.
