Hi, Which Branch is better to write GATE for better Mtech scope. ECE or IN ?

Hello student that's depend on you you're graduate in which branch so you must have a strong base in that branch you should prefer that subject for GATE Entrance examination.
Because if you start preparing for any new branch for gate preparation it's a very tough job and student usually don't prefer that.
