For you to be able to eligible for PwD category for high myopic with high power glasses, there should be 40% or more disability. You need to provide valid medical certificate at time of Admission counseling to prove it.

In other cases, for PWD alias person with disability, there are three reservation quotas. To be considered under PWD category one must meet following criteria:-

1. Disability of joints/bones
2.complete absence of sights or low vision
3. Hearing impairment
4. Cerebral palsy

Hence, if you have very low eyesight or complete blindness or limitation of field of vision subtending an angle of 20 degree or worse then you can come under PWD status.
