No, the age criteria for applying in NEET is 25 years maximum if you are talking about NEET UG, irrespectiveof caste. The age limit I from 17years to 25 years. As you've not mentioned that you're talking about NEET UG or NEET PG. But If in case you're talking about NEET PG then yes you can apply for any department at the age of 28.
