I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, Dear based on 2018 cutoff you can Undoubtedly get the seat in RVR & JC for your rank  Last year cutoff for SC girl for CSE is around 26,000 and even you are eligible for all branches so you can choose the branch of your favorite, Now Coming to fees structure, For RVR & JC 1st year fee is around 1,10,000/-. Even though you get a fee reimbursement I think still you have to pay more than 50,000. If you get full fee reimbursement then it's fine.
