Hi,I had a doubt whether we have to take seal and signature of gazzeted officer on the photograph only or we can take anywhere else

Can you please reframe your question more clearly because it does not specifies that for which purpose you wants to get your photograph signed? Generally the photographs should be self attested when pasting it on any form or any hall ticket which means that photograph should be signed by you but if you are asking for some particular purpose then it might be required the signature and seal of any gazetted officer.
