Marks distribution of topics for JEE Mains is not fixed as they can ask a question from suppose only differentiation or they can also ask question which is a combination of 2-3 chapters (differentiation, continuity, functions)
Also JEE Mains is conducted in various shifts on various days so the question paper of each shift is different.
Therefore it cannot be predicted.
I suggest you to cover the maximum portion thoroughly.
