Hii I come under BC-E caste as per the norms of Telangana State and we don't come under OBC category in the central list. What I should give as option for caste requirement while applying for examinations and jobs. kindly let me know.

As you mentioned in your question that you are a BC-E category candidate in Telangana state, but your caste is not mentioned in the central list of OBC. So by this, you are only eligible for benefits given by the Telangana government only as per the norms. It means when you are applying for any job or examination in Telangana state, then you are only eligible for taking benefits for reservation provided by the government for backward castes as per the government norms. If you are applying for a central job or exam, then you have to opt for your category as a general category as your caste is not mentioned in the central list. One more thing, if you are applying for jobs or examinations in a different state, then also you are treated as a general candidate because this is only valid for your domicile state. Without domicile of any state, you cannot avail of the reservation provided by the government for the backward student.

Assume that you are applying for a job in the Telangana government, then you can prevail the benefits of backward category candidates as per government rule. In the case of a Central government job or job in another state, then you are treated as a general candidate. So you can avail of your reservation only in your domicile state. Outside Telangana, you are treated as a general candidate.
