Hello Aspirant,
See you have to appear only for 1 shift that is mentioned in your JEE-Main 2022 session 1 admit card. But if you have applied for both the sessions then it is upon you for which session you want to appear and you will be eligible to appear in both the sessions as you have applied for them.
However for session 1, Admit cards have been released so you can download it from the official website as given below :-
