hii i have paid twice for the form...and even after 24 hrs if it is accepted will i get refund of one part of the fee ?

But, I will answer in general. Double payments or double debit of registration amount is a common encounter for students applying for competitive exams. Each exam conducting body has its own policy to deal with such instances.
The double payment against single registration, if done , by the candidate or due to technical issues, will be refunded within a specified time only after the date of closure of registration of the specific exam.
If the issue is with the bank, then you can expect a refund within 14 business days.
You need to keep the messages received from the bank confirming the debit and also the transaction numbers for further reference.
