Hii I have secured obc rank 250 in pgi May 2019 should I attend second Counseling I am okey with any group

Hello Sharan,

You scored a decent rank in PGI exams. If you want a better college than allocated in the first counseling round then you must attend the second counseling round.

There might be chances that you will get better in the second counseling round.
