Hii sir I've already submitted my form through SCB channel only uploading the marksheet was left what is the last date of uploading it?

Hello,
As per your requirement, i would say that you have already submitted your form through scb channel and only uploading the mark sheet was left and the last date for it is already over this year. So there is no chance for further process for this exam and its counseling.
So apply again next year.
