To be focused, you need to be disciplined. Prepare a study plan based on the syllabus you need to study and follow it religiously. Stay away from social media. Don't use the mobile phone while studying. Don't study continuously for too long. Take small breaks while preparing. Try to study on a table and chair, if possible. Don't go solve problems on the bed.
Importantly, If you are ambitious towards your goal, you will be automatically focused on it.
