Hello gowtham I can understand what u r saying one month la padichi kandipa neet pass pana mudiyum and moreover getting 150 marks is easy only all u needed is hardwork & scheduled plan.First important chapters mela nala concentrate panunga in physics & chem in biology u have to cover the whole syllabus which is very important. After completing every chapter naraiya mock test panunga this will help u a lot.  First heavy weightage chapters cover panunga last 10 papers solve panunga . But getting a medical seat in government college 150 marks is not sufficient to be on saffer side u should aim more marks. Hope this is helpful for u.
