With around 230–235 marks in NEET 2026, getting MBBS in a government medical college in Mumbai will be very difficult.
You may still have some chances in private/deemed medical colleges, especially in the later counselling or stray vacancy rounds. Colleges in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai could be considered, but the main factor will be the high fee structure.
