hlo, I'm a student of second year polytechnic after completing my 10th as and now I wanted to give a neet and this year I'm also appearing 12th from open board , so, I just need help to know that I'll give neet or not

Recognised Open boards like NIOS etc are valid for neet examination,also class 12th board examination appearing students are eligible for neet examination,
so you don't need to worry at all, now that you are appearing for 12th board examination from valid open board, you are eligible for writing neet examination.
But yes you need to make sure that you pass 12th Examination with at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories and should also pass in English in your 12th examination to eligible for taking admission in medical colleges after qualifying neet examination.
