Hello Aspirant,
For preparation of any exam my first suggestion is to stay away from all distractions and firstly social media.Stay away from negative people.
Practice makes a man perfect so practice is to key element and you will have to remember throughout. Try to sketch almost anything and everything as this will be your life.
Always read various newspapers, magazines and online sites.
Take ideas from advertisements, posters, banners and hoarding wherever you see.
Most important thing is to practice things like the face of a human figure or the humans outfits etc.
Try to get the skills of human illustration. Concentrate more in proportions.
Calligraphy skills are very important too.Learn and practice different styles of lettering as they can come handy.Precision is a key element in your entire field.
Be updated with prescribed syllabus of the NIFT entrance exam.
