Once the JEE Mains application is submitted, it is not possible to cancel it, however if the individual did not wants to appear for examination, it is up to the student only. It is not mandatory to appear for examination if the student has submitted the application. If student did not appear for the exam the further proceeding process terminate there only.
So, once the application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn nor the registration fees is refundable.
