The admission to the Hotel management institute is conducted through different entrance exams. The admission in IHMs are granted through the All India level National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination(NCHM JEE). As per the eligibility your age must not be more than 22 years as a general or OBC Category to apply for the exam. To check the further detail you can go through with given below link.
You can also go for IIHM institutes which conduct its own entrance exam for the admission of the programme. There are also some industry run programmes like Oberoi-STEP exam conducted by the Oberoi Group which offers Hotel Management programme.
