How and from which link should I apply for ME and MBA applications to attend counselling....???

first of all please clarify for which college and for which state you want to apply for MBA and ME and before everything choose between ME and MBA as both are a very different option for postgraduation.
so to know the link and get a better answer please provide up with other details as well.

I'm from tamil nadu......I have scored 47.479 marks (normalized marks) in tancet 2019 ME/M.TECH civil engineering and 39.33 marks (normalized marks) in tancet 2019 MBA..... Can i get seat in CEG campus... I belong to BCM category....... July 5th result came. July 10th mark sheet have came. When will the rank list come will come??? How I should I apply for counselling to attend the counselling???

to apply for counselling visit OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF ANNNA UNIVERSITY.
There is no updates about counselling in Anna university official website but result came on July 5th and marksheet came on July 10th but ranklist didn't came.......
