With regards to all the new IIT's you have given, I hold a huge prosperous image to IIT Dharwad.

I've heard a lot of possitives on IIT Dharwad regarding to it's campus life and coding culture (which is very important for CSE) at the college.

But if I would be in your place, I would had looked and compare the NIRF ranking of the above collges.

Also you can use portals like

2. Quora

3. Official sites

to extract a better information about them.

Yes, but these IITs don't feature in the NIRF rankings.
