    Hello,

    Colleges go through the EWS certificates submitted, if they find anything suspicious, or someone raises any doubt about it then they send the certificates to the concerned authorities. Then after thorough checking and verification the authorities will say whether the certificate is legit or not. The same process is used everywhere.
