INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PETROLEUM AND ENERGY (IIPE) is the first Petroleum Institute of National importance started in Vizag. Let me tell you IIPE Vishakhapatnam first batch will be out in the Year 2020. So according to me I think you should explore some other option or if you think you can get better rank and college next year then do so. But its better not to take a drop. With your Rank, you can get tons of option.
