How are the marks calculated in CDS written exam?

In CDS written exam, for each correct answer in English and General Knowledge, candidates get 1.2 marks while 0.33 marks is deducted for wrong answer and for Elementary Mathematics candidates get 1 marks while 0.33 marks will be deducted for incorrect answer. In english u have 120 questions for each correct answer u will rewarded 0.83 marks approx and for every negative marks you will be deducted 0.33 marks of what u get in correct attempt

Same thing is done in general awareness paper

While in mathematics exam each question comprises of 1 marks each and for every wrong answer you will be deducted 0.33 marks that is 1/3 of 1 marks
