How can I apply agriculture quota

Agriculture quota is only applicable for those who are only dependent on agricultural or land cultivation activities or polutry farm, fisheries etc. Families having any other source of income other than these aren't applicable for agricultural quota. You have to produce all the documents proving that all your family income comes through agriculture and get them attested by gazzeted officer and submit to the authorities responsible to give you the quota.
