You can attend the Jee advanced by satisfying the following criteria:-
- Qualifying JEE Main
- Age Limit
- Number of Attempts :-maximum of two attempts in two consecutive years.
- Earlier Admissions in IITs
- Candidates should have appeared in Class 12 either in 2019 or 2020 for writing the exam in 2020
By satisfy the above criteria you can attend to Jee advanced exam.
