Hello Aspirant,

To become a general manager in a branded / any reputated hotel, firstly you should have the bachelor's degree in hospitality or in hotel management or in hotel administration or business administration.

Apart from this you need to have interpersonal, leadership and excellent communication skills, organizational and time management skills.You should be confident enough to take right decisions for the problems.
