how can i become a successfull advocate? and what are the most important thing to become a advocate?

In order to become a successful advocate you must have a 5 degree which is basically integrated or it can be a 3 year LLB degree.
Then you must You will have to enroll with state bar council and clear all India bar examination.
Also you will have to work/ practice under some established law firm, thus is really important because now or tomorrow you need expertise which comes only through practice, thus it is really important, whatever you study a practical approach is really important otherwise there won't be any use in remembering the clauses . Hence , practice will help you to gain knowledge and experience.
Thus most important thing to become a successful advocate is to be confident and have complete knowledge of every law along with the proper understanding about the working of Indian Judiciary which can be only understood if you have clarity in concepts through practical applications which is why examples of previous cases is given in books , so that one understands law in a better manner.
Just stay positive and believe in yourself you will become one of the most successful advocate.
