How can I become income tax lawyer

After completion of bachelor degrees program take the LSAT. Then you should go  for graduation in law school.
After graduation you should write the BAR exam.you can also pursue the law with diploma degree.

If you are qualified in that exam then you are eligible to become income tax lawyer. Eligibility criteria is 50+ aggregate marks in bachelor's in  law .

Dear Suruchi, you can pursue Diploma in Taxation Law. The minimum eligibility criteria is that you should have passed your 10+2 from any recognised Board. If you are a graduate, then you can pursue LLM.in Taxation Law. The eligibility criteria is that you should have passed either 3 years or 5 years degree in Bachelor's in Law with a minimum aggregate of 45% from any recognised Board. There is 5% reservation for rerserved categories.
