Hi Pooja,
NEET 2020 registrations will go on until the 31st of December, 2019. However, NTA will open up a correction window for editing mistakes made while filling of the form. This correction window will be open from the 15th of January 2020 to the 31st of January 2020. The eligibility for 15% All-India Quota is one of the fields that can be edited.
