Firstly you need to have Subject wise analysis.

Give equal importance to all the subjects.

Go thorougly through the topics given below:

PHYSICS:

Most Important: Mechanics, Ray Optics, Electromagnetism

Less Important: Thermodynamics, SHM, and Waves

Make sure that you are thorough with the class XI Syllabus.

MATHEMATICS:

• Class X level knowledge of Geometry is required .
• Basics of Number Theory is required.
• Mental ability based questions which involve Algebra, Geometry are important.
• Important chapters include Quadratic Equation, Progression and Series, Permutations and Combination, Basic Geometry.

CHEMISTRY:

• Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, Chemical Energetics, Stoichiometry and Gaseous State.
• Class X knowledge of Physical Chemistry and Organic Chemistry is enough.

BIOLOGY:

If you dont have biology just be cool.Class X knowlege of Biology is enough.
