How can I download my response sheet of nata2018

Hi,
COA has released the response sheet of NATA 2018. You will have to enter your application sequence number and password to able to access the responses. After checking the responses, you can download it. The link to the response sheet is given below.

I have already tried. When I submitted my application number and password.it just showing my application form and details.and not showing response sheet
