how can i fill the application form if i am 12th appearing and form is asking for 12th marksheet??

Hi Dear,
Please mention the name of the exam for which you are filling up the application form. As unless I do not have an idea about the form which you are filing I cannot actually help you with the form filling procedures. if you are filling form for admission into undergraduate course then you can select the option of 12th pursuing if the form allows so.
