If you choose float in 1 round
It will automatically go on for other as well
If you freeze then it will not upgraded and fix it.

If you have chosen float In 1round then it is automatically taken as a float in 2 round as well.so now you can change float to freeze only and can withdraw also but as for now I.e 2round it is taken float automatically...And best of luck for your further rounds.

To change float in to Freeze...first you open the website www.upsee.nic.in there you will get a link...something like change float to freeze..thanks for asking bro..

yes vibhor you will be eligible for counselling even after downloading the provisional allotment letter...and in case you choose freeze option then you will not be eligible...
