It depends on your 12th grade.If you have cleared it you can go with admission form first.

Then you are supposed to clear your cut-offs,if you are cleared with it then you will be called for an interview

While taking admission you are supposed to mention why you wanted to take this course.

While in inteview your fluency sgoush be alright.It will be off 15 min.
