Please search for the email in the registered E-mail ID or SMS in registered phone number. You may try searching using keywords such as EAMCET, registration number etc. Please check your spam emails as well if you couldn't find the email in the inbox. The registration number will be sent to the registered E-mail ID and mobile number as mentioned by the candidate while registering for EAMCET so that's where you can find the registration number.
