How can i get high package in b.schools by getting percentage or by showing our skills

The short answer is: Both+ good internship+ other certifications.

So, by B school do you mean MBA or other general business courses? Anyway, one thing works for almost all streams and that is,

Skills , everyone knows that your marks can take you only up to a certain point but skills are what needed in the long term. So, Skill is a must.

And what if you have mediocre skills, skills that everyone has, and trust me most people sitting in the interview have most skills. So, after skill your percentage matters. Believing in ‘Marks doesn’t define your ability' is just textbook bullshit which no one cares about. So study hard, as lame as it sounds crack those university exams and score the best, the minimum is passing with distinction (75%).

Note: Some companies have a baseline percentage and no standing arrears policy too.

But do not trust them, if interview is the only measure they will select you through, more percentage the better.

Your university/college:

So, if you are from IIM, off course the package would be better. So, try to get into a better college or university.

Internships:

I don’t know why but internships in India are taken real lightly, which people should not because internships matter the most, get yourself an internship in your major from the best company available. Because internships define your skills and give you an ‘out there’ experience. Do not fake your internship certificates or just get into any company because in the long run that would be not only waste of whatever little energy you spend on it but will also highly affect your package(yeah, speaking from first-hand experience).

Certifications:

So, if you are in a course that can have out of syllabus certifications, spend some money and effort and get them because everyone has all the basic skills, but the skill with a stamp is what will make you stand out.

Yeah, so if you need a better package you have to work hard, because come on work hard now to well, work hard later as well. Hard work always pays, if you work hard now you will be working hard later too but for better problems.
