how can i get my transfer certificate from this college??i had completed my graduation

hi,
to get the transfer certificate, you need to write an application relating the necessity of the tc to the head of the institution, from where you have completed your graduation, if you have already get your pass certificate, take a xerox and original copy of the certificate with you.
