Hey there
Getting a OBC NCL certificate in a week in not possible as it requires lot of time and its a pretty long process For getting the caste certificate or the OBC certificate through offline mode, you have to visit the nearby tehsil office, SDM office, Revenue office or SETU/CSC centers for verification and signature sometimes attitude of officials vary from place to place. It might be as simple as applying for it and collecting your certificate some 15 days or it can take more than that.
