How can i get Tranfer After 3rd year

Hello,

If your asking about transfer from one college to another after 3rd year, than its not possible to migrate after 3rd year. Migration in certain college is allowed only after 1st year. So please contact to your college regarding same.

And if your not asking about this than please elaborate your question.
