Yes, you can get admission in iit through jee and get a good rank to secure a seat in iit but you might face some challenges as during your diploma you have studied a particular sibject while for clearing jee you have to study all the subjects which are necessary for jee or you can get direct admission in 2nd year through different CET's of state government.I hope this information helps you.
