B.com can be obtained through regular study at a good college that is recognised and affiliated with a good university.

Demrtit:

The same course can be completed via correspondence; you will receive a degree, but it will not be the same.

Correspondence and distance learning courses are never valued in India. In many cases, they do not even qualify you to apply for jobs.
