Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has begun the Counselling process from October 6. When the seat allocation begins then to know whether you have been allotted seat or not, you will have to check your seat allocation status by logging in to the JoSAA website using your JEE Main application number and password. If you would be allocated seat then you would be able to see it.
