Dear student, I hope you are asking for the UPSC exam forms for becoming an IPS officer. You have already crossed the dates for registering for 2019 UPSC exam. And you will have to go and register in 2020. The official notification will be made regarding the exams on 20 February 2020 and the application will begin in the month of March.
