If you attend regularly school than you may have very limited time for self study. So, you need to utilize the time you get. You need to stop the time which you carelessly waste.
So divide the time left with you into three part. Make a proper time table to deveote the time to all three subject. Morning will be better for chemistry and evening will be for physics and night to practice maths.
So make a routine according to yourself. Hope it helps
