How can I prepare for AP EAMCET in last 1 week to get a score of 140+?Please guide me.

Raghavendra , its high time you should make a strict time table where you will take 5 minutes break after every hour and should sleep at around 12 wake up at 6 for a healthy routine sleep of 6 hours. In those 5 minutes  should do some physical excersise to energize yourself.

I have suggested the books according to the time limitation. There are various books I could have suggested but as the you have only couple of days left , you should start solving question papers because this is not the time when you start preparing for an entrance exam with such a huge course but if you took science stream in 12th it might help you a little , but I would suggest you to go through  the concept in very brief and start solving questions to find out how far capable you are in order to gain good marks.

For Chemistry :

Chemistry is the easiest and the scoring part of the paper. You should thoroughly read the textbook as 90% of the questions asked will be from the textbook. While reading mark all the important points and try to remember them. After you are thorough with the textbook, buy the TELEGU AKADEMI EAMCET materials and solve questions from that book. You may not be able to answer some questions from that book because they are for the preparation of JEE. And don't forget to solve the example problems given in the textbook. That was all for Chemistry.

For Mathematics :

You need a lot of practice to solve the Mathematics part of the paper. The time alloted for the exam is 3 hours and many a students end up by solving the Maths part alone leaving the Physics and Chemistry part. If you practice numerous problems and gain speed then you can finish the Maths part in less time. First be thorough with all the concepts given in the textbook. Then proceed to TELUGU AKADEMI EAMCET materials and solve all the problems from that book. Your college might be probably providing you with some shortcuts to solve problems learn all of them, but don't be completely dependent on them. There are some standard problems which can be solved by using the shortcuts that will save your time. If you want to solve a variety of problems then you can refer to DEEPTHI, NISHITH, AKASH EAMCET materials.

For Physics :

You need to learn all the concepts from the textbook and you should know the approach of solving problems. Physics is not that tough you just need some more effort to solve problems and some more practice too. Be well versed with all the  formulas and practice as many problems as you can. For problems you can refer DEEPTI Physics and Telugu Akademi Eamcet Materials.

Remember! Time management is the most important thing. Solving 160 questions in 180 minutes is not an easy task. So solve as many problems as you can. Find ways to reduce the time spend on solving problems.
As said in the other answer write atleast 15-20 mock tests.
