How can I prepare for IGRUA in order to secure a seat in it?

IGRUA is known as Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udaan Academy which is a Airplane Flying Institute located in Fursatganj, Uttar Pradesh.
There are only 24 seats and there wil be more than 2000 applicants applying each year inorder to get admission. Some students are provided State Government scholarships for the reserved and underprivileged candidates.
Taking about the entrance examination, the college offers Commercial Pilot License (CPL) course with an online Entrance Examination followed by the Viva and Interview Rounds and Medical Tests too.
