Hello Tashi,
For preparation of physics just read concepts one by one and than do questions related to those questions. After that you should revise those concept next day and this wat firstly you have to complete it.
When your course gets complete than starts its revision and do solve the exam questions. This will give you confidence and helps you in prepration. Do revise them again and again.
