    How can i see the annexure format for josaa 2019 as everyone is giving only the link for list of documents required?

    You go to the JOSAA website and then download the business rules. In that pdf you will find all the required documents as annexure which are numbered accordingly. Print those pages and fill them up along with other required documents and then only report for your counselling.
